Requirements
- Up to date resume that includes 2 years of experience in CT and documents travel experience

- Current ARRT (CT) Certification
- Current BLS Certification
- RTO MUST be included at time of submission
- Next orientation: 8/17
- FLU VACCINATION IS REQUIRED - NO DECLINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED (CHOA requires flu vaccination and will NOT accept exemptions including medical/religious)
- NICOTINE FREE FACILITY - must be tested along with drug screen
