Travel CT Technologist - $1,932 per week

About the role

American Traveler is hiring a Travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment at a Level I trauma center and academic medical center in Savannah, GA.

Responsibilities

• Perform all CT examinations across a high-volume, regionally significant trauma and academic medical center
• Work evening/overnight shifts: Saturday through Monday, 2:30 PM – 2:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
• Use Toshiba and GE CT scanners
• Document using Epic EMR
• No floating required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience, with active experience within the last 6 months
• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
• Strong critical thinking skills required
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• One professional reference required (two required if licensed in Florida or Missouri)
• Licenses required if applicable

Qualifications

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
• The facility is recognized as a Top Performer on Key Quality Measures and as an Advanced Primary Stroke Center by The Joint Commission
• Staff describe a family-like atmosphere with supportive management and opportunities for growth
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Skills

• Strong critical thinking skills
• Experience with CT scans
• Knowledge of CT equipment (Toshiba and GE)
• Ability to work in an academic medical setting

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

36 hours per week, 12 hours per shift, evenings (Saturday through Monday, 2:30 PM – 2:30 AM).
