Travel CT Technologist - $1,917 per week

Thrive Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Brevard, North Carolina. We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join our Radiology Department. This position is located in Brevard, NC, and offers opportunities to work with a diverse range of imaging equipment and procedures.

• Imaging Rooms: 1 CT, 1 Trauma x-ray, 1 Fluoroscopy/x-ray, 2 Portables
• Number of Staff: 22
• Staff Types:
  • Day Shift: 1 Lead Technologist, 3‑4 Multi-Modality Technologists
  • Night Shift: 1 Multi-Modality Technologist
  • Weekend Shifts: 1 Multi-Modality Technologist
• Type of Equipment: All GE (Digital Radiology)
• EMR: Cerner/PowerChart, PACS Phillips Intellispace

Responsibilities

• Perform routine CT and CTA exams, including but not limited to:
• All types of CT procedures (except cardiac)
• CT guided biopsies
• Full range of Trauma Radiology, Fluoroscopy, and C-Arm cases
• Float between CT, x-ray, and Fluoroscopy areas as needed

Qualifications

• Required:
  • Experience performing routine CT and CTA exams
  • Experience with GE x-ray units and CT scanners
  • Required Certifications: R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT), BLS
• Preferred:
  • Prior experience with Radiology travel assignments
  • Familiarity with Cerner and Phillips PACS software applications
• Personality Fit: friendly and considerate team player; able to work independently when necessary; compassion towards patients and co‑workers is essential.
• Dress Code: appropriate attire includes navy blue scrubs.

Schedule

This position typically offers night shifts, with a schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
