Travel CT Technologist - $1,864 per week

About the role

Supplemental Health Care is hiring CT Technologists for a 13-week contract at a partnering hospital in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The role offers 36 hours per week on AM shifts (12 hours per day) with the possibility to extend.

Responsibilities

• Use computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices.
• Evaluate CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Pay

$1,692 - $1,864 per week.
