About the role
The CT Technologist position is located at a healthcare facility serving the Western Upper Michigan Peninsula. This role involves operating computed tomography (CT) imaging equipment for a diverse patient population within a well-equipped hospital. The position supports the diagnostic imaging services needed for patient care, particularly requiring prior experience in CT procedures.
Responsibilities
- Operate CT imaging equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Support diagnostic imaging services for patient care.
Schedule
- Days shift, 12 hours per shift.
- Minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Assignment duration: 13 weeks (September 14, 2026 – December 14, 2026).
Requirements
- Valid certification as a CT Technologist.
- Appropriate educational background in medical imaging.
- Medical imaging licensure.
- Prior CT experience is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating 3D mammography, nuclear imaging, and advanced radiology equipment.
- Familiarity with high-end imaging modalities including a 64-slice CT scanner and 3D mammography.
