Travel CT Technologist - $1,688 per week

About the role

Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13‑week assignment at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, West Virginia. The facility provides care to approximately 13,000 patients annually, treats over 50,000 emergency‑room visits, is Joint Commission‑accredited, and holds Chest Pain, Stroke, and Level 3 Trauma designations. The CT Technologist will work in the CT Scan department (6 pm–6 am shift) using a GE Revolution EVO scanner and Meditech EHR, serving adult, pediatric, and geriatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures including brain, spine, chest, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, trauma, CTA brain, CTA neck, CTA abdomen/pelvis, and CTA chest.
• Execute venipuncture as required for contrast studies.
• Complete multiple exams on the same patient in a timely manner.
• Maintain equipment (GE Revolution EVO) and follow Meditech documentation protocols.

Requirements

• Current state license (West Virginia).
• ARRT (R) certification required; ARRT (CT) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years recent acute‑care CT experience.
• Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology with ARRT credentials.
• 1–2 years of recent acute experience (as noted in the posting).

• Excellent personal hygiene and professional appearance (black scrubs required).
• Ability to perform multiple exams on a single patient efficiently.
• Preferred: trauma experience and ability to handle high‑volume, acute cases.
