About the Role

As a CT Tech, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography equipment. You will be part of a team providing quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography equipment
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
• Document patient information accurately and timely in the charting system
• Prepare and administer contrast media as needed
• Ensure radiation safety protocols are followed
• Provide technical assistance to other members of the healthcare team
• Follow isolation precautions and PPE guidelines
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience: 1 Year
• Required Certifications & Skills: 3D rendering, Abdomen without and/or with contrast, Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Brain perfusion, Cervical, Chest without and/or with contrast, Emergency Department, Head without and/or with contrast, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Level II Trauma Center, Lumbar, Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP), Musculoskeletal trauma, PACS, Pelvis without and/or with contrast, Preparation and/or administration of contrast media, Radiation Safety, Starting Peripheral IV’s, Thoracic, Trauma head, Vascular chest (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta), Venipuncture
• Certifications: BLS, ARRT R, ARRT CT
