About the Role

Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography equipment. Responsible for ensuring patient safety and comfort during examinations. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide necessary care.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide necessary care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain sterile environments.
• Document patient information accurately and timely in the charting system.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist with positioning.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow established policies and procedures related to patient care and safety.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 Year
• Required Certifications & Skills: Adult Acute Care, Carotid, Emergency Department, ICU, Isolation Precautions/PPE, PACS, 3D rendering, Abdomen without and/or with contrast, Adult Outpatient, Aspirations, Biopsies, Cervical, Chest without and/or with contrast, Colorectal studies (rectal contrast), Drainage, Enterography study, GE, Head without and/or with contrast, Intravenous pyelogram, Lumbar, Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP), Musculoskeletal trauma, Myelography, Pediatric Acute Care, Pediatric Outpatient, Pelvis without and/or with contrast, Preparation and/or administration of contrast media, Sinuses, Starting Peripheral IV’s, Thoracic, Trauma head, Vascular chest (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta), Vascular CTA, Venipuncture, Region of interest measurement (ROI), Soft tissue neck
• Certifications: BLS, ARRT R, ARRT CT
