Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as 3D rendering, 2D and 3D imaging, and various types of scans.
- Assist with patient preparation and administration of contrast media.
- Document findings and communicate with referring physicians and patients.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols.
- Perform procedures such as aspirations, biopsies, drainage, and lumbar punctures.
- Manage region of interest measurements and multiplanar reconstructions.
- Handle emergencies and critical care situations as needed.
- Adhere to isolation precautions and PPE guidelines.
- Administer starting peripheral IVs and perform venipunctures.
- Perform brain perfusion, carotid, cervical, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and musculoskeletal trauma scans.
- Conduct head, thoracic, vascular chest, and soft tissue neck examinations.
- Work in various settings including emergency department, ICU, and outpatient clinics.
Requirements
- 3 years of relevant experience in radiology or cardiology.
- ARRT certification in CT.
- BLS certification.
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must be eligible for licensure in North Carolina.

Pay
$2,411.20 to $2,604.40 weekly
