About the role

Aya is seeking a Radiology / Cardiology Tech to join their team in Athens, GA. This position will be working at a teaching hospital.

Responsibilities

• Perform various radiological procedures under supervision, including but not limited to: Abdomen without and/or with contrast, Adult Acute Care, Cervical, Chest without and/or with contrast, Emergency Department, Head without and/or with contrast, ICU, Lumbar, Musculoskeletal trauma, Pelvis without and/or with contrast, Preparation and/or administration of contrast media, Starting Peripheral IV’s, Thoracic, Vascular CTA
• Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care standards are met.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Current ARRT R certification
• BLS certification
• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with the Epic charting system
