Location: Orange Park, Florida – 2001 Kingsley Ave, Main Department
About the Role
- 3 CT scanner beds
- Overnight shift staffing: 2 CT techs
- Equipment: 2 scanners (Client and Siemens)
- Documentation systems: Meditech and Client Centricity
- May float to main department as needed
- Focus on patient experience using AIDET principles, supporting ER with fast turnaround times for stroke and trauma cases
Responsibilities
- Perform standard CT scans (no invasive procedures on this shift)
- Collaborate closely with ER team to expedite patient care
- Adhere to trauma and stroke protocols with timely, efficient service
Requirements
- ARRT CT certification and Florida state license
- BLS certification
- 1+ years of CT experience
- Experience with trauma and stroke cases
- Client experience required
- Advanced skills: Terra Recon or reformat experience on another platform
- Dress code: HCA Division policy black scrubs
