Travel CT Tech
Duties
- Tech must be proficient in ability to start IVs, maintain intravenous lines, flush ports, administer contrast agents as appropriate, maintain a safe scan area, utilize scan protocols, communicate with providers and radiologist.
- Techs are responsible for protocoling all orders prior to scheduling, communicating concerns to providers, and checking risk factors for IV contrast administration.
- Techs will be utilizing Siemens Syngo.via software on the scanner, utilizing two PACS Merge and Phillips, as well as accessing the RIS and EMR.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited CT imaging program.
- Certification(s): ARRT (R)(CT), OBMI radiographer Certification Required.
