Travel CT Tech - $3,369 per week

About the role

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with ARRT certification in both CT and Radiography and CT/x‑ray experience for a 13‑week hospital assignment in Los Banos, California.

Responsibilities

• Perform both CT and x‑ray imaging procedures as part of a variable department schedule.
• Utilize Shimadzu and GE x‑ray equipment and the GE Optima 660 CT scanner.
• Work with EPIC EHR and Visage PACS systems.
• Participate in a rotating 4 × 10‑hour day or night shift schedule with flexibility between the two.
• Cover every other weekend shift; possible share of weekend on‑call.

Requirements

• ARRT certification in both CT and Radiography (required).
• Fluoroscopy certification (required).
• Venipuncture certification (required).
• CT and x‑ray experience (required); minimum 2 years preferred.
• Recent hands‑on experience in both CT and x‑ray (required).
• Applicable state license (if required).

Schedule

• Shift: Rotating, 4 × 10‑hour days or nights.
• Hours: 40 hrs/week.
• Start date: October 27, 2026.
• Length: 13 weeks.
• Day shift start times: 05:00, 06:30, 08:30, or 09:30.
• Night shift start times: 18:30 or 20:00.
• Every other weekend shift required; possible share of weekend on‑call.

Pay

Pay package is based on 10‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
