Travel CT Tech - $3,141 per week

About the role

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of strong acute care CT experience for a night shift assignment at an academic medical center.

The facility performs approximately 250 CT scans per day in Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Emergency Department, and ICU settings, serving primarily adult patients with occasional pediatric cases.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging including abdomen/pelvis with or without contrast, coronary CTA, cervical, lumbar, musculoskeletal trauma, thoracic, chest with or without contrast, and vascular chest studies (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta)
• Work in Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Emergency Department, and ICU environments
• Maintain a volume of ~250 scans per day
• Execute night shift duties (4×10‑hour shifts, 9:00 PM–7:30 AM)
• Cover every other weekend
• Float within skillset as required
• Utilize EPIC charting system

Requirements

• ARRT(CT) certification
• ARRT(R) certification
• BLS certification
• NJDEP license (must be obtained before start date)

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of strong CT experience in an acute care setting

Skills

• Siemens equipment experience highly preferred

Pay

Pay package is based on 10‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Night shift: 4×10‑hour shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM; every other weekend required; 40 hours per week.
