About the role

This is a 13-week contract position located in Auburn, New York. The schedule is a Day 4x10-Hour shift (08:00 - 20:30). We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist with a minimum of 1 year of recent experience in CT. The ideal candidate will possess a New York State license and be BLS Certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations including abdomen, pelvis, chest, and head with and without contrast.
• Administer contrast media as required and ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Implement isolation precautions and use appropriate PPE.
• Prepare and assist patients of all age groups for procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding.
• Maintain and operate CT equipment, performing calibrations and quality checks.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent hands-on CT experience.
• Current New York State license.
• BLS Certification.
• ARRT Certification in CT preferred; however, it is not mandatory.
• Injection certification required to perform contrast CT exams.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
