Travel CT Tech - $2,665 per week

About the role

TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment at Grant/Riverside Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Tech, with preference given to candidates with Level I or Level II experience at a trauma level I or II facility. ARRT certification in both CT and XR is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Performs and completes diagnostic procedures following guidelines set by Grant/Riverside and Radiologic Association.
• Prepares patients for examinations and performs diagnostic radiology procedures.
• Counsels patients about the importance of radiation safety.
• Places patients in proper positions for procedures, adhering to department policy.
• Uses charcoal grey scrubs and Epic EMR system.
• Works with Client and Toshiba/Cannon CT equipment.
• Handles routine radiographic studies in diagnostics.
• Ensures radiation safety for both the operator and patient.
• Works 3 shifts of 12 hours each, nights, every fourth weekend, and holidays as assigned.
• Communicates with clients as needed within staff rotation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
• Ohio State License required, pending license is accepted.
• Registered with ARRT.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with Client and/or Toshiba/Cannon equipment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience may consider less if candidate holds Level I or Level II experience.
• Large hospital/Trauma Level I/II experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited radiography program.

• Registered with ARRT.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with Client and/or Toshiba/Cannon equipment.

• Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
