Travel CT Tech - $2,653 per week

About the role

Travel CT Technologist position at Reston Hospital Center's Leesburg FSER & Imaging Center. The role involves working in the Imaging unit with 13 beds, a 4:1 patient ratio, and equipment including GE and Hologic scanners. Documentation systems used are Expanse, Powerscribe, and Sectra. The technologist may float between hospital, imaging centers, and Tysons as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic, CT, ultrasound, and mammography procedures (RAD/CT/US/Mammo).
• Follow unit-specific policies and guidelines.
• Adhere to floating policy: float from hospital, imaging centers & Tysons as available.
• Maintain patient experience standards with appropriate registry (R, M, CT, RDMS).
• Ensure proper use of documentation systems (Expanse, Powerscribe, Sectra).

Requirements

• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R), Mammography (M), Computed Tomography (CT), and RDMS.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must meet the skill set required by Reston Hospital Center and Tysons FSER.
• Advanced skills in procedures performed on the unit: RAD/CT/US/Mammo.
• Ability to work 12‑hour night shifts, 36 hours per week.

Skills

• Proficiency in GE and Hologic imaging equipment.
• Experience with Expanse, Powerscribe, and Sectra systems.
• Knowledge of patient ratios (4:1) and unit staffing dynamics.
• Adaptability to float across multiple sites.
