Travel CT Tech - $2,631 per week

About the role

American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in New Orleans, Louisiana. The role requires ARRT (CT) certification and experience in ED, inpatient, and outpatient settings. The assignment starts Oct 12, 2026, runs for 13 weeks at 36 hours per week with rotating 12‑hour shifts. The technologist will rotate between the emergency department, main campus, outpatient, and nearby clinic locations (all within walking distance of the main campus) and will use Epic EMR and GE imaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between ED, main campus, outpatient, and nearby clinic locations
• Utilize Epic EMR and GE imaging equipment
• Float between ED, main campus, outpatient, and clinic locations as needed
• Work assigned shift when it falls on a holiday
• Potentially serve on an emergency response team during declared emergency events (remain onsite or join a relief team)

Requirements

• ARRT (CT) certification
• BLS certification
• State license if applicable
• Experience in ED, inpatient, and outpatient settings
• Epic EMR experience
• GE equipment experience
• Facility does not accept first‑time travelers
• Must reside 65+ miles from the facility to be eligible
