MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Richmond, Virginia.
Schedule

- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours: 40 per week (8‑hour shifts)

Requirements
- At least 18 months of experience as a CT Technologist in a health‑care setting
- ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification
- State licensure where required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment to produce cross‑sectional images of patients’ bones, organs, and tissues
- Position patients for scans using immobilization and protective equipment as needed
- Set and adjust equipment controls, monitor both equipment and patient, and make necessary adjustments
- Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, start IVs, and inject contrast when applicable
- Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans
- Assist radiologists with interventional CT procedures
- Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, collate processed images in exposure sequence, and label appropriately
- Schedule patients for procedures and perform clerical support as needed
- Charge procedures and supplies to the patient record
- Load and operate power injectors for contrast media administration
- Deliver quality, cost‑effective patient care in a professional manner
- Maintain a patient‑focused environment that provides timely, compassionate care
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment, adhering to national patient safety initiatives
