About the role

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital-based Radiology department in Winchester, Virginia. The role requires 2+ years of CT experience and current ARRT certification.

Provide CT coverage in a 495-bed hospital setting, including Emergency Department and Inpatient services. The facility has a mobile CT team that responds to consultations across departments. Perform general body and extremity CT and CTA procedures using GE CT equipment and Fuji Synapse. The EPIC EMR system is used.

Responsibilities

• Perform general body and extremity CT and CTA procedures
• Respond to consultations as part of the mobile CT team
• Provide coverage for ED and IP services

Schedule

• 3x12-hour night shifts (5:30 PM to 6:00 AM), Sunday through Tuesday
• 36 hours per week
• Weekend requirement every Sunday
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT Scan experience
• Current BLS and ARRT certification
• State license required if applicable
• Ability to perform general body and extremity CT and CTA procedures
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• GE CT equipment and Fuji Synapse experience preferred
• Candidates must live outside a 65-mile radius of the facility
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Must comply with facility dress code policy
