About the role
Bestica is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Johns Island, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using CT and X-Ray equipment
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations
- Accurately document patient information and images in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to interpret and communicate imaging results
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment
- Comply with regulatory standards and hospital policies
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a CT Technologist or related field
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Current South Carolina license/certifications required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Travel experience required
- Emergency/Trauma experience preferred
- Siemens CT/X-Ray experience preferred
- PACS experience required
- Comfortable with CT and X-Ray technology
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized radiologic technology program
- Passing score on the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification exam
