Travel CT Tech - $2,535 per week

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for an acute care hospital, requiring 1+ year of experience, ARRT and CRT certification, and Level II Trauma Center experience.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting within the CT Scan department
• 488 staffed beds
• Level II Trauma Center
• Evening shifts (4x10 hours, 3:00 PM-1:00 AM) and night shifts (3x12 hours, 6:00 PM-4:00 AM), with start times varying between 1500 and 1800 as needed
• Rotating weekends, likely exceeding every other weekend to meet unit needs
• No on-call requirement
• Must work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• May be required to float to a sister facility
• Uses Siemens equipment and Epic for charting

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required
• BLS, ARRT (R), and CRT certification required
• CA state license and Fluoroscopy Permit required
• Licenses required if applicable
• Teaching hospital experience required
• Level II Trauma Center experience required
• Community hospital, LTAC, and Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Epic charting experience required
• Proficiency in abdomen/pelvis, head/neck, spine/musculoskeletal, and chest CT studies
• Skilled in contrast media preparation/administration, peripheral IV starts, and venipuncture
• Knowledge of isolation precautions/PPE and radiation safety

Benefits

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
