Travel CT Tech - $2,405 per week

About the Role

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week contract in Orangeburg, South Carolina. The role involves performing high-quality CT examinations, working night shifts, and participating in on-call rotations for emergent cases and traumas.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT examinations in accordance with established protocols.
• Work night shifts, including Fri-Sun, 3x12s, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM.
• Participate in on-call rotation, managing emergent cases and traumas as needed.
• Assist with contrast administration, biopsies, and IV starts.
• Operate PACS system for image processing and storage.

Requirements

• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (CT) and Computed Tomography.
• South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association certification required.
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required.
• Graduated from an accredited school of radiologic technology or completed a student clinical rotation with ARRT certification by the end of rotation.
• Must have South Carolina state license in hand at the time of start.
• Radiation badge must be provided by the agency; MUSC does not provide radiation badges to travelers.
• Ability to start IVs, administer contrast, perform biopsies, and use the PACS system.

Qualifications

• ARRT (CT) certification.
• South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association certification.
• AHA BLS certification.
• Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program or completion of a student clinical rotation with ARRT certification.

Pay

Pay range: $2301.16 - $2416.22 per week, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

18:00 - 06:30, 3x12s, Fri-Sun, with on-call rotation.
