About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Thornton, Colorado starting August 17, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Perform computed tomography imaging procedures under supervision
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations
- Accurately position patients for imaging studies
- Operate and maintain equipment to ensure optimal image quality
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Adhere to infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- 1+ year of recent experience in this setting
- Valid professional license or registration if required by this state
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through AHA recommended and may be required
- Valid ARRT or ARDMS Credentials per your discipline
- Specialty-related certifications are preferred and may be required

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized radiologic technology program
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through AHA recommended and may be required
- Current certification in relevant ARRT or ARDMS credentials

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
