Responsibilities

• Performance of basic radiographic procedures
• Fluoroscopy
• Portable radiographic procedures
• C-arm procedures
• OR imaging services
• Demonstrates proficiency at routine diagnostic CT Scanning procedures including but not limited to CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis extremities and biopsy/drainage procedures
• Knowledge of processing of CT system
• Surgical/sterile procedure
• Studies with or without contrast media and cross sectional anatomy

Requirements/scope

• 2 years CT experience
• ARRT Certification (CT Certification not required)
• Philips and Client scanners
• All types of CT's performed with and without contrast
• CTA's with 3D reconstruction

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited AMA school
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
• Licensed by the state as a general radiographer
