About the role

Join our dedicated Critical Care Float Pool specializing in weekend night shifts with flexibility to adapt to unit needs as they arise. Start date: 11/02/2026; duration: 17 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in various ICU settings according to staffing demands and patient acuity, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU (MICU x2), Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, MICU, NCCU.
• Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records.

Skills

• IV start.
• Telemetry monitoring.
• Ventilator management experience.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

12‑hour night shifts, 3×12 per week (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), including weekend nights Friday/Saturday plus one additional night shift.
