About the role
Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a 13-week assignment starting July 16, 2026, at an unspecified location in Montana. The position offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and night work.
Responsibilities
- Assess and manage patient conditions in the emergency department setting
- Provide initial and ongoing patient care, including triage, treatment, and discharge planning
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
Requirements
- 2 years of recent experience in emergency department nursing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (certifications vary by location)
- Valid license and/or certification in the state of practice
- Valid driver's license
- Background check and drug screen required
Qualifications
- 2 years of recent experience in area of specialty listed on job
- Current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS)
- Valid license and/or certification in state of practice
- Valid Driver's License

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
