Travel COTA SNF/ALF - $2,110 per week

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patients in regaining independence and functional skills in a SNF setting. This role emphasizes ADLs, safety, and functional carryover. New grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an OT
• Assist patients with ADLs, upper-extremity function, and adaptive strategies
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with supervising OT
• Document treatments accurately

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program
• Active (or pending) state COTA license
• SNF experience preferred, not required

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
