Travel COTA SNF/ALF - $1,767 per week

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patients in regaining independence and functional skills in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role emphasizes ADLs, safety, and functional carryover. New grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist patients with ADLs, upper‑extremity function, and adaptive strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with supervising OT.
• Document treatments accurately.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Active (or pending) state COTA license.
• SNF experience preferred, not required.

Schedule

Start Date: 10/05/2026

Duration: 13 weeks (full‑time, 40 hours per week, 8‑hour days).
