About the role

Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a contract opportunity in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Spring Green, Wisconsin. The therapist will manage a treatment plan to promote a positive outcome for patients with diverse diagnoses. Schedule can be 8-10 hour shifts, 4-5 days a week.

Requirements

• Current BLS (AHA Preferred)
• Active State License
• Supervisory Professional References
• Must complete Drug Screen and Background Screen
• One year of recent experience in SNF is preferred

Pay & Schedule

40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts. Duration: 13 weeks. Start date: 09/14/2026. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
