Travel COTA Home Health - $1,506 per week

About the role

Zack Group is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) for a 13-week travel job in Farmington, Missouri. The start date is September 21, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Assess client needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Document client progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current state or equivalent compact license.
• At least 2 years of recent OTA experience.
• Active or pending state license as an OTA.
• Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for OTA.
• 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker.
• Pass background/urine drug screening.

Schedule

5x8 days, 06:00:00-14:00:00, 8.00-5.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
