About the role

Zack Group is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) for a travel job in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. The position is a 5x8 days, 06:00:00-14:00:00 shift, 8.00-5, and is expected to last 13 weeks starting August 17, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current state or equivalent compact license.
• At least 2 years of recent OTA experience.
• Active or pending state license as an OTA.
• Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for OTA.
• 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening.
