About the role
Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel job in San Leandro, California. The assignment is 17 weeks, 40 hours per week on day shifts (5x8), in an on‑site SNF setting.
Responsibilities
- Implement established patient treatment plans under supervision
- Communicate with patients and team members
- Develop clinical skills and support department operations
- Report patient status changes to the supervising therapist
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an accredited program
- 1 year of experience required
- Current CA license
- NBCOT Certification

Pay
