About the Role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a contract assignment in Hayward, California. This role involves providing exceptional patient care in a 13-week travel assignment with the potential to extend. The position requires a 35-hour workweek with 12-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy assistance to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Requirements

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure.
• Experience or readiness to work in a travel/contract role.
• Ability to commit to a 13-week assignment with potential for extension.

Pay

Pay package includes hourly wages, meal and incidental reimbursements, and housing stipends. Estimated weekly payments are subject to change until a formal offer is made and accepted. Benefits such as medical, dental, and vision are in addition to the weekly pay.

Schedule

• 13-week assignment starting 08/31/2026.
• 35 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts.
