About the Role

Solomon Page is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to work in Hayward, California. This role involves working under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists to implement patient treatment plans, assist clients in therapeutic activities, and monitor progress toward rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists.
• Implement and assist with patient treatment plans.
• Document patient progress.
• Provide support in various therapeutic settings such as clinics, hospitals, and schools.
• Assist clients in engaging in therapeutic activities.

Requirements

• Certification from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Strong interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion.
• Effective communication skills.
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.
