The position focuses on travel coordination within leisure booking support, ensuring owners, evidence, and next actions remain visible.
Responsibilities
- Own the Travel Coordinator workflow by organizing recurring work by owner and status.
- Coordinate the workflow by reviewing incoming requests for completeness.
- Route work to the correct next step within the workflow.
- Maintain the workflow by tracking unresolved exceptions through closure.
- Document process issues that repeatedly slow execution.
Skills
- Use scheduling and quality control confidently in travel coordination.
- Apply project support while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines.
- Document decisions clearly so teammates can follow the reasoning.
- Exercise sound judgment in process documentation, especially for escalations.
Working Standard
Success means workflow control is current, exceptions have owners, and another authorized teammate can continue the work without reconstructing the history.
Work Arrangement
Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
