About the role

As a Traveling Occupational Therapist with TheraTroopers, you'll work alongside passionate rehab teams across the country while helping patients regain independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients in short-term rehab, long-term care, and outpatient settings
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions that improve function and independence
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams
  • Educate patients and caregivers throughout the rehab journey
  • Track patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed
  • Support safe and successful discharge planning

Requirements

Open to all experience levels — new grads encouraged to apply. Flexible, positive, and excited to travel. Passionate about patient-centered care and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)

Skills

  • Strong clinical skills
