About the role

They are responsible for the financial and general project performance of all projects within their portfolio, acquiring new work, and maintaining client relations.
Responsibilities
- Delivers predictable outcomes for internal and external teams and customers.
- Ensures "Constructing with Integrity" by working with honesty, unity, safety, and quality of work.
- Oversees the financial and general project performance of all projects within their portfolio.
- Acquires new work and maintains relations with existing and prospective clients.
- Leads pre-construction efforts for potential and secured work.
- Has total responsibility for the success of their customer and our success with that customer.
- Ensures clients are taken care of and have an enjoyable experience working with the team.
- Participates in community service events and industry events to foster growth through continual education.
- Provides senior overview and input for project schedules during acquisition efforts and execution of work.
- Confronts difficult issues that may arise on a project between construction, personnel matters, and all things in between.
Requirements

Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a drug test and comply with the company's vehicle safety program.
- 4-year degree in a construction-related major.
- Minimum 15 years’ project management experience.
