POSITION TITLE: Construction Coordinator CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt Position Overview ADB is a Nationwide full turnkey provider of technology infrastructure solutions including Wireline, Wireless, Technology, Critical Infrastructure, and Engineering. ADB is seeking a Construction Coordinator to assist with the operational management of the Project Management lifecycle. This position will provide general administrative support including the maintenance of project logs, tracking daily production quantities, data tracking, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative knowledge and experience, possess a high level of attention to detail with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results. Roles And Responsibilities Manage project tasks, reporting requirements, and communications for all assigned projects including project schedules, RAIDs, lessons learned, project status reports, inventory reportingSupport internal and external kick off meetings, identify key requirements and milestones with guidance from the Project TeamWork with project team members to develop project schedules and deliverables to align with contract requirementsSupport preparation and coordination of customer project status updates and attend weekly customer project status meetingsTrack subcontractor labor hours and support invoice reconciliation against project dataCollaborate with internal operations team members to prepare change ordersManage and perform project updates in project management software and toolsSupport the closeout process of various projects; gather data for the project controls and construction teams to support the invoicing and financial collection processProvide high-level administrative support within the Regional Project Management teamPerforms other position duties when requested Success Factors A strong belief in ZERO - Being safe 100% of the time is the expectationAlignment with company mission, vision, and valuesA high level of customer centricityStrong work ethic with an ALL-IN attitudeStrong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team membersAbility to perform in a fast paced/high volume environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skillsAbility to be organized, problem solve, and be solution orientedProcess improvement skills with the ability to streamline efficiencies within a team environmentSelf-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goalsProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Work Environment This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phonesThis role operates out of an environmentally controlled office environmentWhen on project sites, will be required to wear common PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hart hat, and safety-toed boots Experience And Education 1-3+ years of administrative experience required0-1+ years of project management support experience requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent required This position pays between $18/hr and $30/hr and is based on the candidate's skillset and experience.
