About the role
Radiology/Imaging CT Tech
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography equipment.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations.
- Accurately position patients and adjust equipment settings as needed.
- Document patient information and images in the electronic health record system.
- Follow radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure to radiation.
Requirements
- Current state-issued license to practice as a CT technologist.
- Experience in performing CT scans.
- Knowledge of radiation safety and patient care protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- ACR (American College of Radiology) certification preferred.
