About the role
As a Travel/Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with travel policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include reviewing travel requests, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Review and approve travel requests in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with external vendors such as airlines, hotels, and car rental companies to ensure timely and cost-effective arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all travel expenses and reimbursements.
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to travel.
- Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of travel industry standards and best practices.
- Experience with travel management systems and software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay
