About the role

Join our Benedictine team and operate on the front lines providing direct resident care and reporting condition changes to RNs or LPNs. Ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect, and choices within their lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care
• Report condition changes to RN or LPN
• Chart in POC system
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks
• Travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed

Requirements

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
• Good communication skills
• Read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification
