Talent4Health is seeking a travel Clinical Therapist for a position in Moreno Valley, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work.
- Required License: ACSW/APCC/AMFT Intern # or LCSW/LMFT/LPCC.
Qualifications
- Experience in providing clinical therapy services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
