Travel Clinical Pharmacist - $4,100 per week

About the role

Clinical/Outpatient Pharmacist position at JPS Healing Wings & Infectious Disease Clinic in Fort Worth, TX. This is a 13-week travel contract starting 11/09/2026, with day shifts Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours/week). The pharmacist will manage approximately 14 patients per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinical pharmacy care for HIV/HCV patients.
• Manage medication therapy and optimize patient outcomes.
• Support clinicians with HIV/HCV pharmacotherapy guidance.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or equivalent degree
• 2-year ASHP-accredited residency in HIV
• 5 years of direct HIV patient care experience
• BCIDP or AAHIVP board certification
• PGY2 residency in HIV/HCV or Infectious Diseases focused on HIV/HCV
• Texas pharmacist license or eligibility
• BLS certification
