Travel Clinical Pharmacist - $3,872 per week

Talent4Health is seeking a travel Clinical Pharmacist for a position in New York, New York.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication therapy management services to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines and standards of practice.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.
• Monitor patient response to medications and make necessary adjustments.
• Participate in continuing education programs to maintain certification and stay current with new developments in pharmacy practice.

Requirements

• Current license to practice pharmacy in the state of New York.
• At least three years of recent, relevant experience in clinical pharmacy.
• Knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and drug interactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and nights.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college or university.
• ACPE (American College of Pharmacy Education) certified.
• Passing score on the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX).

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in electronic health record systems.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.

Pay

$180,000 annually for the duration of the assignment.

Schedule

37.5 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, evenings and nights.
