Travel Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee laboratory tests across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunology, and blood banking
• Ensure accuracy of results
• Operate and maintain sophisticated lab equipment
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop and implement policies
• Train and supervise staff
• Communicate critical findings
• Troubleshoot discrepancies
• Maintain records
• Adehere to safety protocols

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum one year of CLS experience
• Valid license
• PREFERRED: Certifications include ASCP MLS or equivalent, BLS
• Strong critical thinking, communication, technical, and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to handle lab tasks and equipment
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
