About the role
We are seeking a dedicated CICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for night shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience in critical care and will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The role requires the ability to float to other units as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage and care for critically ill patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CICU).
- Administer medication and monitor patient response.
- Utilize advanced technology and equipment to support patient care.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using EPIC charting system.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in critical care or similar settings.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in South Carolina.
Schedule
3x12 Hour Night Shifts (19:00 - 07:00), with weekend coverage required.
