Responsibilities
- Provide care in an outpatient dialysis setting

- Primary residence must be at least 50 miles from the facility address

Requirements
- Current Tennessee license
- AHA BLS and ACLS certification
- Additional certifications related to this specialty
- 2 years of recent experience in Dialysis
