Travel Charge Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery - $2,400 per week

About the Role

Travel Labor and Delivery Charge Nurse (RN) position at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, Tennessee. This is a 13-week travel assignment starting 08/31/2026 with flexible start dates.

Shift: 12-hour shifts, both days and nights (3x12s). Hours: 36 hours per week.

EMR System: Meditech.

Pay

Weekly Gross Pay: $2,400

• Stipend: $1,246 per week
• W2 Pay: $1,154 per week

Responsibilities

Serve as a Charge Nurse in the Labor and Delivery unit, overseeing patient care and unit operations.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• BLS (AHA) certification
• ACLS (AHA) certification
• NRP certification
• AWHONN certification or training
• Minimum 2+ years of recent Labor & Delivery experience in Acute Care
• Prior Charge Nurse experience required
