Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - SNF / LTC - $1,737 per week
Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in Massachusetts to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care (SNF / LTC) setting.
About the role
This is a 16-week travel contract position with a 5x8 days schedule (8-hour shifts). The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the organization’s vision, values, mission, and critical goals into job performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist in a SNF / LTC environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- SNF / LTC experience required.
- Current COTA license within the state of practice (or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure).

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
